It is the service team made up of the ruling elders and the pastor, responsible for the spiritual vision, direction and discipline of the congregation, as well as general pastoral care.

The Board of Deacons is responsible for assisting the congregation in the practical and spiritual care of its members, following the guidelines in the Book of Orders. Their work includes caring for those in need, managing resources for social assistance, and providing congregational service to support everyone in the faith community.

Ministries of service and participation
Worship
The Worship Ministry is responsible for preparing the service, planning and coordinating the music and worship, as well as preparing the services and their live streaming. Its purpose is to create meaningful spiritual spaces where the congregation can fully worship God during each gathering.
Christian Education
The Christian Education ministry offers Bible learning and faith formation opportunities for all ages. This includes youth ministry, children's devotionals, discipleship classes, Sunday school classes, and the "Online with the Word" Bible studies, offered virtually during the fall and spring semesters. Its goal is to support the congregation in spiritual growth and a deeper understanding of God's Word.
Women
The Women's Ministry fosters spiritual formation, fellowship, and service among the women of the congregation. It seeks to accompany them in their growth in faith and their active participation in community life.
Youths
The youth ministry organizes gatherings and programs that help young people grow in faith, leadership, and Christian friendship. Its goal is to provide safe and meaningful spaces where they can develop spiritually and within a community.
